 1. Service Agreement: By hiring The Legal Hub to provide process serving or any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Payment Terms: Full payment is required prior to any service attempts being made. Once the first attempt at service has been initiated, the payment becomes non-refundable. If you request to cancel prior to the first attempt, a cancellation fee may apply at the discretion of The Legal Hub.

3. No Cancellations or Refunds After First Attempt: Once the process server has made the initial attempt to serve, no cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued — regardless of the outcome of the service or the client’s change of circumstances.

4. Service Timeframe: The timeframe for service will depend on the service type purchased (e.g., Rush, Same-Day, Standard, or Priority). The Legal Hub will make reasonable efforts to complete service within the selected timeframe; however, exact completion dates are not guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Client Responsibility: It is the client’s sole responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding the individual, business, or entity to be served. Clients must also ensure that all documents are complete, accurate, and legally ready for service. The Legal Hub is not responsible for delays, failed serves, or adverse outcomes resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the client.

6. Liability Release: By purchasing any service from The Legal Hub, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Legal Hub, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, unsuccessful serves, or court outcomes. Our obligation is limited solely to the performance of the service as described and paid for.
